We are now approaching my favorite time of the year. The cold has left us (hopefully), everything is in full bloom and the heat of summer hasn’t overtaken us. It seems everyone is so busy they don’t take time to notice the vivid colors God has put on display for us. Slowdown, take some time to enjoy the many gifts God has placed before us. Take the time to get together with others. It seems that during the cold months many of us limit contact with others. Let’s begin to come together. We are providing opportunities for you to do just that. We have lunch dates, tours, day trips and even a couple of overnight trips planned. We are also working on service projects geared toward our more mature crowd. News concerning these opportunities will be forthcoming. Pray for our team as we work to plan and coordinate events that will allow us to spread the love The Lord has so willingly given us. Pray also for each other and that you will be given opportunities to share His live with others.

Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us:  And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
